Donations help UnChained to unleash compassion in youth who help to train dogs and find them loving homes. Any amount makes a difference: if it’s meaningful to you, it’s meaningful to the youth and dogs!

$20,000 - Sponsorship of 3 Canines Teaching Compassion Programs:

• Full Tuition for 18 youth trainers (serving 9 dogs) for two full 8-week programs* + $2,000 scholarship to Youth Graduate for education, internship or vocational training.

$12,000 - Sponsorship of 2 Canines Teaching Compassion Programs:

• Full Tuition for 12 youth trainers (serving 6 dogs) for two full 8-week programs*.

$6,000 - Sponsorship of 1 Canines Teaching Compassion Program:

• Full Tuition for 6 youth trainers (serving 3 dogs) for two full 8-week programs* + $2,000 scholarship to Youth Graduate for education, internship or vocational training.

$5,000 - Full Tuition for 5 youth trainers (serving 3 dogs) for a full 8-week program*. / Sponsorship of 1 Dogs Among Us program for program dogs who also live in a detention facility giving rehabilitation opportunities to adults in custody.

$4,000 - Full Tuition for 4 youth trainers/(serving 2 dogs) for a full 8-week program*.

$3,000 - Cover the cost of 3 professional trainers to work with Youth Trainers and dogs – serves 6 youth and 3 dogs.

$2,000 - Full Tuition for 2 youth trainers (serving 1 dog) for a full 8-week program* / Scholarship for Youth Graduate for education, internship or vocational training.

$1,500 - One Reinvestment Program for a Youth Graduate for 40 community service hours.

$1,000 - Full Tuition for 1 youth trainer (serving 1 dog) for a full 8-week program* / Supplies for 3 programs – serves 18 youth/9 dogs / Transport of dogs for 3 programs - serves 18 youth, 9 dogs.

$500 - Dog treats and transport of dogs for one 8-week program – serves 6 youth, 3 dogs.

$350 - Transport of dogs for one 8-week program – serves 6 youth, 3 dogs / Training Supplies for one 8-week program – serves 6 youth, 3 dogs.

$150 - Graduation supplies for 6 youth trainers and dogs.

$100 - Training Bags and Clickers for one 8-week program – serves 6 youth, 3 dogs / Transport of dogs for four sessions – serves 6 youth, 3 dogs .

$75 - Graduation supplies for 3 youth trainers (includes framed portraits of trainers with their dog so trainers can remember their successes) / Classroom materials (dog training tools and props) for one 8-week program – serves 6 youth/3 dogs.

$50 - Transport of dogs for two sessions – serves 6 youth, 3 dogs / Graduation supplies for 2 youth trainers – serves 2 youth, 1 dog (includes framed portraits of trainers with their dog so trainers can remember their successes)

$25 - Graduation supplies for 1 youth trainer – serves 1 youth/1 dog (includes framed portraits of trainer with his/her dog so trainer can remember his/her successes) / Transport of dogs for one session – serves 6 youth/3 dogs

*Program sponsorship reflects a staff of experienced trainers working with the dogs and youth. To offer the highest quality of services, UnChained trainers not only have expertise in dog handling and communication but are also patient and enthusiastic mentors for the youth. By working with skilled mentors, UnChained youth trainers develop a unique bond with their mentors as well as their dogs.
